Anyone who is an active student and has purchased the live group session plan can join a meeting.

How do I sign up for a session

Every month an instructor will send an invitation to enrolled students and ask if they would like to join an upcoming meeting.

Can I only purchase live group sessions without a course or bundle?

Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching and would prefer to just join the sessions and not the courses, that is perfectly ok. Student would still receive monthly session invites.
